The MA debut of Brazilian pianist and composer Marcelo Zarvos on this duet recording of all original material with virtuoso reed player Peter Epstein on soprano saxophone. In Marcelo's music one senses a passion for the exoticism of the Brazilian landscape as well as the people that inhabit it. One can also feel the classical influences of the father of Brazilian music, Villa Lobos. Both Marcelo and Peter improvise gracefully on this collection of chamber jazz duets recorded at a High Sampling rate of 96 kHz.
